Our injection moulding

Realisation of injection moulded parts and assemblies
Including the construction and procurement of prototypes and all necessary production equipment.
Sampling through to series release
With initial sample inspection reports to VDA standards; APQP and PPAP are applied.

Injection moulding

Production of single-shot injection moulded articles
On 23 injection moulding machines we produce components with shot weights from 0.2 to 1,100 g, using all common thermoplastics.
Production of two-shot injection moulded articles
Our two-component injection moulding machine, with a clamping force of 1,250 kN, is equipped with transfer handling and a rotary table.
Finishing
This covers single-coat, two-coat and high-gloss painting. Components are also printed and laser marked.
Assembly of sub-assemblies
Since 2009 we have assembled sub-assemblies for every sector.

Sustainability

In the face of growing ecological challenges, how we handle plastic has become an important subject — not only for society at large but for us as a plastics processing company. We take our responsibility very seriously and want our sustainability concept to help protect the environment and conserve resources.

To that end we process high-quality materials that often remain in use for decades, and for short-lived articles we offer, alongside our standard range, 100% recyclable bioplastic products made from Green PE.

Automotive

RH Kunststofftechnik GmbH has worked for the automotive sector since 2004.

We produce components and assemblies for both interior and exterior applications. Within the supply chain we see ourselves as a second- or third-tier supplier. APQP and PPAP are applied daily. We also support development teams with product optimisation.

Medical

RH Kunststofftechnik GmbH has worked for the medical sector since 1978.

Our production range covers moulded and injection moulded parts with a focus on dentistry. In this segment we produce rotary piston syringes, compules, filling systems and plastic parts for dental equipment. We are certified to ISO 9001 for this work.

Packaging & cosmetics

In packaging we have concentrated on innovative solutions for the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.

Because the ecological dimension and the subject of sustainability are important criteria for us, we offer bio-based and 100% recyclable products alongside our standard range.

Industry

For industrial customers we produce technical injection moulded parts and assemblies on 23 injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 350 to 5,500 kN – as single parts or assembled units, painted, printed or laser-marked.

Our injection moulding machines

Our machines range from 350 kN clamping force up to 5,500 kN.

Our machine park comprises 23 injection moulding machines.

We mould plastic parts with shot weights from 1 g up to 1,200 g.
